Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to introduce GPAC Software to potential clients
- Identify and research new customer segments and opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships via email and follow-ups
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and online demos
- Manage client communications and coordinate with technical team
- Report sales activities and update CRM regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali
- Experience in software/ERP sales or telemarketing preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET and C#
- Write scalable, testable, and reusable code
- Work with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Implement AJAX for asynchronous web operations
- Develop stored procedures, triggers, and functions using MS SQL Server
- Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher for debugging
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
- (Bonus) Contribute to Android application development
Educational & Experience
- B.Sc. in CSE from a reputed university
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Excellent English & Bangla communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, honest, and disciplined

- Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming.
- Good work experience in ASP.NET and C#.
- Hands-on experience with AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Work with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
- Report development using Crystal Report or RDLC Report.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions).
- Experience in Android development is a plus.
- Adapt new technologies quickly, write clean code, and show logical problem-solving ability.
- Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years in a Software Company.
